My survey says that I’m ineligible. What does that mean?
It sounds like you were deemed ineligible during the pre-screening section of the survey.
It's normal and fair for all Research to begin with screening questions, to ensure that every candidate's experience is relevant to the technical research questions being asked.
We strive to ensure screening questions are as brief as possible. To this end, these simple, upfront questions take most candidates less than 2-3 minutes to complete.
We also explicitly specify the presence of initial screening questions in every survey invitation and that respondents deemed ineligible will not receive a gift card. For more information, please see our Research Terms & Conditions.

When will I receive my honorarium?
Your honorarium will be delivered via email to the address you provided at the completion of the survey. This typically takes place 10-15 days after you completed your survey response, but can sometimes take up to 21 days
You will receive two emails from us to pick up your honorarium. The first will contain a gift card pickup link. The second (usually sent within one hour after the first email) will contain a username and password to claim your honorarium . We separate these for your security and to ensure delivery.
Please check your spam folder to ensure your gift card pick up emails haven’t landed in your junk box by mistake. If the email landed in your spam folder, please ensure to mark it as NOT spam and consider adding the address to your address book of allowable senders.
I haven't received my honorarium and 6-8 weeks have passed since I completed the survey. What should I do?
We want you to receive your honorarium quickly.
You will receive two emails from us to pick up your honorarium. The first will contain a gift card pickup link. The second (usually sent within one hour after the first email) will contain a username and password to claim your honorarium. We separate these for your security and to ensure delivery.

Yes, you will still receive an honorarium, but we may call or text the number you provided to verify your identity.
If we still cannot verify your identity, you may not be eligible for a gift card.
